Dismantling of trees – Removal of trees that cannot be felled from ground level, this is completed by using climbing & rigging techniques to achieve safe & efficient removal of the tree
Crown Lifting – Pruning/removal of the lowest branches of the tree to improve either light or access underneath the tree
Crown reduction – Reducing all of the tree by a specified percentage or branch length, to improve light, reduce weight of the branches, reduce the size & volume of the tree, create a more aesthetically pleasing form or a combination of the above
Crown thinning– Reduction of overall volume of a tree by removal of branches by a specified percentage, to improve light & airflow through the crown without effecting the size & shape of the tree
Hedge management – Includes hedge trimming, usually done annually using hedge cutters. Hedge reduction, when a hedge has become too large & needs more drastic work than trimming & Hedge removal, when a hedge has become too large to maintain & needs to be removed
Stump grinding – After a tree has been felled/dismantled there is an option to grind out the stump of the tree using a stump grinder
